) 货物空运时，卖方于本合同第5条规定的交货日期前30天，以电报或信件把预计交货期合同号、品名、发票金额等通知买方。发货后，卖方立即以电报或信件将合同号、品名、发票金额、发货日期通知买方，以便买方及时投保。
